Company History
Our Founder and CEO, Kevin Parker, has experienced a full and varied career in companies including the Bass Group and Pepsico followed by 20+ years working in Business Services with companies such as IBM, and a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning, Payroll and Employment Outsource specialists. The result is a comprehensive breadth and depth of business knowledge across many industry sectors ensuring Kevin has the ability to guide both his team and client requirements to best effect and best success.
Kevin’s passion for the Payroll and Employment industry was driven by Global Sales and Vendor Management roles and subsequently launching Intpay Ltd in 2012, operating as an Independent Consultant and Advisor to many small and large businesses. In 2016 Kevin joined forces with The Spencer Thomas Group to assist in delivering project value to clients via their Implementation and Transition Services. 2016 also saw a collaboration with John Tinsley of Compandben where he helped to successfully grow a multi-million pound business rapidly until acquisition in 2021.
With the creation of IntPEO, Kevin has brought together an experienced team with the same people-focussed philosophy and strong backgrounds in Global Employer of Record and Global Payroll across multiple industries.
